Returns & Exchanges Policy

As every piece of natural jadeite and gemstone jewellery is one of a kind, all sales are final and non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us on WhatsApp at +852 6215 4380 within 7 days of receipt, with photos or a video of the unboxing, and we will arrange an exchange.

Items for exchange must be in their original, unaltered condition and returned with their certificate and packaging. We regret that custom-made, redesign and repair services are not eligible for return or exchange.
